Late Registration: University College

 

To process a registration transaction after the posted deadline, you are required to obtain authorization.  Prior to the posted deadlines, no approvals are needed. Students who wish to request a late registration transaction must follow the instructions listed below. Requests are reviewed on an individual basis; there is no guarantee that a late request will be approved as you are requesting an exception to university policy.

Late registration procedure

Late registration or course adds require the student to complete the following steps in the order in which they are listed: 

  1. Complete an Enrollment Request Form 
  2. Obtain instructor approval and signature. Email approvals are acceptable as form attachments if communication includes: 
    1. Instructor approval from an ASU email account
    2. Course line number (5-digit SLN) 
    3. Course day(s) and time(s)
    4. Semester of the request
  3. You will be notified by University College if your request has been approved.
